By using Artbat you agree to these terms. Use of the platform is limited to lawfully registered entities and their authorised representatives.
The beneficiary undertakes to publish genuine tenders and evaluate them with integrity; the supplier undertakes to submit valid offers and to pay the platform commission (1%) upon award. The platform reserves the right to suspend any account that breaches the regulations.
