By using Artbat you agree to these terms. Use of the platform is limited to lawfully registered entities and their authorised representatives.

The beneficiary undertakes to publish genuine tenders and evaluate them with integrity; the security company undertakes to submit valid offers and to pay the platform commission (1%) upon award. The platform reserves the right to suspend any account that breaches the regulations.

Circumventing the platform and commission entitlement

The platform commission is due whenever a contract between the beneficiary and the security company results from a tender managed through the platform. Neither party may circumvent or refrain from completing the contracting procedures through the platform in order to avoid paying the commission. If established, the platform reserves the right to claim the commission and take the necessary legal measures.
